Suns fans weren’t sure whether Bledsoe would be the starting point guard this season because of the trade rumors but ended up staying. The 6’1 guard averaged 17 points with 6 assists and 5 rebounds a game making him one of the elite guards in the NBA. It was smart for them to keep Bledsoe because of his versatility on offense and defense.
His game is mainly at the point not making him a combo guard. Before the 2014 season he signed a 5 year 70 million dollar contract to stay in Phoenix making him the highest paid on the team. Obviously he is not as good as Curry, Harden, or Irving but he is improving his game and getting up on the list.
