Nelson Cruz is in his first season with the Mariners. But, the veteran right fielder has continued to put up impressive offensive numbers this season.

He leads the Mariners squad with a .311 batting average, 25 homers and 60 RBIs. He’s hitting .330 in the month of July with six homers and 14 driven in.

And it doesn’t matter whether he’s at home or on the road because he’s hitting above .300 either way.

Despite all of this, Cruz is hitting just .237 against current Arizona pitchers.

But regardless, Cruz is a monster at the plate and he certainly isn’t one to mess with. In his last seven games, Cruz is 12-32 (.375) with four home runs and seven RBIs.
