Hellickson is looking for his second-straight win after throwing six shutout innings in his last start against the Brewers that awarded him his 7th win of the season.

Prior to that, Hellickson hadn’t won a game since his July 2nd start in which he faced the Colorado Rockies.

Keuchel, meanwhile, has pretty much been lights out for the Astros this season. He leads all of the Astros pitchers in ERA (2.32), strikeouts (132), WHIP (0.99) and innings pitched (151). He also has three complete games under his belt this season.

He’s looking to get back on the winning track after suffering a loss in his last outing against the Royals in a game where he pitched 6 2/3 innings and gave up five runs on 10 hits. But to his credit, the Royals are the best team in the American League, so we’ll cut him a little slack.

Throughout this season, Keuchel has only four no-decisions on his log and has won three games in a row twice during stretches in May and June.
