Nola was drafted by the Phillies in 2014 as the seventh overall pick.

He picked up his first MLB win on July 26th against the Chicago Cubs after throwing 7 2/3 innings and giving up just four runs.

He squeezed out another win on August 1st after defeating the Atlanta Braves. In that appearance, Nola allowed two runs on five hits in five innings of work.

He picked up a no decision in his last start against the San Diego Padres after six innings in which he allowed three runs on six hits.

The D-backs have yet to name a starter for Wednesday’s ball game.
