De La Rosa leads the D-backs with 10 wins this season and has won four of his last five games. He last pitched on August 10 against the Phillies and went six innings and gave up four earned runs on eight hits.

He pitched against the Braves back on June 3 and wound up with a no decision after five innings of work in which he gave up seven runs on nine hits.

Miller, meanwhile, has not won a game since May 17.

Despite a 2.48 ERA, he has lost six of his last eight starts. Last time out, he lost to the Miami Marlins on August 9 after going five innings and giving up two earned runs on five hits.

He pitched against the D-backs on June 2 and posted a no decision after going just 4 1/3 innings and giving up four runs on six hits.
