Tyrann Mathieu

After tearing his ACL in 2013, Tyrann Mathieu has been trying to work his way back to be injury form. Mathieu did okay in 2014, but there was always something missing from his game. He suffered from a thumb injury and lingering knee issues that limited his last season.

This offseason Mathieu has looked outstanding, and coaches have seen a huge change in his game. Coach Bruce Arians says, “He’s extremely quick and fluid again.” He has made countless plays in both training camp and had the only turnover in last the Cardinals preseason game against the Chiefs.

Look for Mathieu to play the whole first quarter and if he can continue his outstanding play heading towards the regular season.
