Alfred Blue is starting in week one for the Houston Texans and with Arian Foster slated to return in either week two or week three, it could be the only time Blue is given a chance to prove himself. The Kansas City Chiefs defense will hold Blue to under 65 yards on Sunday however. The front seven of the Chiefs featuring Tamba Hali and Justin Houston is quite possibly the best in the league.

Unfortunately for those who went out and drafted or traded for Blue, myself included, we are in for a very short-lived Blue-led rushing attack in Houston, but he is a must sit in week one.
