Sunday was all about Zack Greinke. Greinke has been dominant all season and he definitely continued that dominance today.

Greinke held the D-backs hitless through four innings until Jarrod Saltalamacchia broke through with a double. The D-backs only went on to get two additional hits off Greinke and didn’t score off of him. Greinke struck out 8 as he went eight innings allowing not a single run.

Justin Turner, Scott Van Slyke, Adrian Gonzalez, and A.J. Ellis all came through for the Dodgers’ offense on Sunday.

The D-backs 3 runs didn’t come until the bottom of the ninth inning, and it came off of Dodgers’ closer Kenley Jansen. Jarrod Saltalamacchia hit a 3-run home run but the D-backs unfortunately couldn’t come up with more as the Dodgers held on to win 5-3.
