With every intention pointing towards the Phoenix Suns drafting Deandre Ayton, they must now look towards the bigger positions of need. The Phoenix Suns now have two glaring holes at point guard and power forward.

I know, I know.

The first thing people will love to point at would be: “Don’t the Suns have Dragan Bender and Marquese Chriss still? Wont one of them start?”

My answer to that is, I hope not.

We got a whole season last year of both power forwards spending time in starting roles, each showing flashes of brilliance from time to time.

However, the Suns are now looking towards the playoffs next year, we no longer have a need for ‘flashes.’

Not to say Chriss and Bender are completely useless. In fact, I have both projecting to be decent backup forwards for the remainder of the career.

Therefore, there can only be one left on the roster come opening night. One of Chriss or Bender will be traded on draft night or shortly before the season starts.

The Suns will have a need for a starting power forward this year.

Fortunately, there appear to be a few inparticular enticing options.
