Looking at the most important thing from the Arizona Cardinals’ 27-3 win over the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday evening.

Don’t look now but the Arizona Cardinals are 3-0 this preseason. Yes, this doesn’t mean much but still, it can’t be a bad sign, right? Let’s just forget that the 2008 Detroit Lions went 4-0 in preseason and then failed to win a regular season game.

Ironically, the Cardinals didn’t do much through the air but still managed to throttle their former NFC East rivals. This is probably because the team’s 2018 first-round pick, Josh Rosen, sat out and Sam Bradford played sparingly. On the bright side, the ground game (less David Johnson) showed bursts including a long touchdown run by T.J Logan.

Additionally, it was nice to see the Cardinals on national television. NBC did a fine job on the broadcast and made sure to pay the proper respects to Arizona’s U.S Senator, John McCain, who passed away on Saturday.

In particular, I liked the moment on the sideline when Larry Fitzgerald was interviewed about his friendship with the former presidential candidate and longtime Arizona sports fan.

With all that said, there are two major things from Arizona’s Week 3 win that stuck out to me. Let’s chat about them…
