Damarious Randall, Cleveland Browns (4th Season)

A one-time college baseball player, Randall spent his last two collegiate seasons with the Arizona State football program. Both, it should be noted, were very impressive. Because of that, he was a first-round draft pick by the Green Bay Packers in the 2015 NFL Draft.

With Green Bay, he was equally impressive. In 39 games with the Packers, he intercepted 10 passes, two of which were returned for touchdowns. Prior to the 2018 season, he was traded to the Cleveland Browns where he’s currently one of their starting cornerbacks.

In Week 1 of the 2018 season, he picked off Ben Roethlisberger in the second quarter of Cleveland’s 21-21 tie with Pittsburgh. From there, Randall was a big part of the Browns’ first win in almost two years during their Week 3 game against the New York Jets.

Terrell Suggs, Baltimore Ravens (16th Season)

Probably the greatest Arizona State football player to ever do it, Suggs holds the record for sacks in a season (22) and career sacks (44) at Arizona State — among many others. In turn, he was selected No. 10 in the 2003 NFL Draft by the Baltimore Ravens where he’s played his entire 16-year career.

His resume in the NFL, like at Arizona State, is long and impressive. Some highlights include Defensive Rookie of the Year (2003), Defensive Player of the Year (2011), Super Bowl Champion (2012), and seven Pro Bowl selections.

Apparently, Suggs doesn’t plan on giving opposing quarterbacks a break anytime soon. Last year, he notched 11 sacks. This year, he’s back for more and already has a sack under his belt in two games.

As of September 20th, 2018, Suggs has 126.5 sacks, 34 forced fumbles, seven interceptions, and two touchdowns for his career.

In addition to the players featured above, two offensive linemen — Shawn Lauvao (9th season) and Christian Westerman (3rd season) — have carved out nice careers in the NFL while two rookies — Sam Jones (OL) and Christian Sam (LB) — are just getting started.
