Houston Rockets To Pursue Goran Dragic in 2015
By Mario Hicks
According to Marc Stein of ESPN the Houston Rockets are looking to claim Goran Dragic in next year’s offseason. In an article published today he wrote:
"“Sources say that Houston, furthermore, has Dragic on its list of potential targets next summer given how he’s blossomed since leaving the Rockets for Phoenix in the free-agent summer of 2012.”"
House of Houston has discussed this possibility before and they are now saying that,
"“The Rockets should target Goran Dragic. The Rockets let Dragic walk a few offseasons ago, choosing Jeremy Lin over Dragic. The reason for the choice was simply Dragic’s 4th year player option, something that Dragic insisted on and GM Daryl Morey wouldn’t budge on.Though Morey likely regrets the decision, he is interested in bringing back the Slovenian point guard. Dragic was outstanding last season, averaging 20.3 points and 5.9 assists per game, while shooting 40.8 percent from beyond the arc in 76 games last season.”"

The Phoenix Suns still have a lot work out logistically as they approach the new season, especially who will be up at the point guard position. A decision has to be made on the Eric Bledsoe drama and it is now looking as though Goran Dragic will be opting out of his contract after this season for the chance of a bigger check.
We will have to wait and see what the Phoenix Suns’ next move will be regarding Goran Dragic, but for now he’s sticking to being a Phoenix Sun.
