  1. Miami Heat – Kelly Oubre Jr., Kansas SF

It’s time for the Heat to start furthering themselves from the “Big 3” era. It started with the departure of LeBron James back to Cleveland, but that’s not enough. It’s time to take a swingman for the future and that is Kelly Oubre Jr.

Oubre is still a raw talent and needs some work on both ends of the floor, but I do think he can be a very good swingman down the road. I’d love to see him become the next Jimmy Butler and just become that workhorse on a playoff team because truthfully, Oubre has that potential. It’s all a mind game with him. Does he want to put in the work to become elite. It will also help to have one of the best wing players this game as ever seen in Dwyane Wade as a mentor.
