Bercovici will finally be handed the keys for good to the Arizona State offense after last season’s debacle amongst Arizona State students and fans about whether Taylor Kelly or Bercovici should be the starting quarterback.

Following Kelly’s early season injury, Bercovici stepped in and performed exceptionally in Kelly’s absence. Bercovici’s cannon of an arm will be tested by a terrific Texas A&M pass-rush led by Myles Garrett.

Bercovici lost top WR Jaelen Strong to the NFL Draft in April and will now have D.J. Foster, Devin Lucien, Ellis Jefferson, and Gary Chambers as his main weapons downfield this year. The mix of speed from Foster and size from Jefferson and Chambers (both 6’4″) will cause headaches all game for Arizona State’s opponents.
