4. St. Louis Rams – The Rams have a lot of depth especially on the defensive line. They cut Michael Sam but that was not because he was doing poorly. They cut Sam because they simply had no room for another defensive linemen. They will get pressure at the quarterback and cause havoc in the backfield. Overall, the group was 3rd in the league last season in total sacks. Their secondary is average but I expect their defensive line will do enough to help out the young secondary of the Rams.

3. Cincinnati Bengals – Like the Rams, the Bengals also have a superb defensive line but, unlike the Rams, the Bengals also have an elite secondary which makes them one of the most complete defenses in football. Only question is their age. The secondary is great except they are heading into their 30s and may be passing on their prime years. If need be, will the young players step-up if they are called upon?
