Zack Greinke would start his second game of the season on Saturday, looking to bounce back from his disappointing debut on Opening Day. While he did give up three runs in the first inning, Greinke settled down in a major way. He only gave up one more run in the fourth inning and ended with eight strikeouts in six innings pitched.

The Diamondbacks could only muster two runs off of Cubs starter Kyle Hendricks. It was a very quiet day for the Arizona offense as their only two runs came on a wild pitch and a two-out double by Brandon Drury. The Diamondbacks could not overcome the early deficit and lost by a score of 4-2.
